Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, where permitted by law.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used for purchase.

If a product is defective, damaged, or non-conforming, you may request an exchange or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
